AI/ML Engineer

Job Mandate

• As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible in adapting AI (Artificial Intelligence) mostly LLMs (Large Language Model),

orchestrating model fine-tuning, and feedback-based model learning within the project. You will also be responsible for deploying

various tools into the tech environment, collaborating closely with various teams including DevOps, Infrastructure, and Security.

Duties and Responsibilities

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full life cycle of ML (machine learning) and AI (artificial intelligence) models, from development to deployment

and maintenance

• Coordinate fine-tuning of pre-trained models for specific tasks, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency

• Integrate models and data pipelines into finalized product to deliver business value, as necessary

• Work closely with different IT teams (Infrastructure and DevOps) to build, configure, and monitor infrastructure for AI/ML

models and use cases

• Work closely with different teams including vendors, various IT groups, and internal data and analytics teams to integrate

AI/ML solutions into broader ecosystem

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation from models, algorithms, configurations, and other required

documentation in the SDLC process

Minimum Qualification Requirements

Education Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics,

Engineering or related field

Work Experience Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering

Skills

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of data architecture principles, data modeling

techniques, and data integration patters, with experience in designing scalable and

efficient data pipelines

• Analytical Skills: Problem-solving capabilities, strong analytical skills, and flexibility

to be able to handle complex situations as necessary

• Teamwork: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an aptitude for

working in cross-functional teams.

• Adaptability: Agile in adapting to change and learning new technologies.

• Attention to Detail: High level of precision in coding, debugging, and documentation

Qualification

• Proven experience in deploying and building machine learning models into

production environment

• Experience in managing LLMs and model fine-tuning is a strong advantage

• Hands-on experience in prompt engineering is a strong advantage

• Candidate must be willing to work in Makati
