Transaction Review Officer
Mabalacat City, Central Luzon, PH
The Transaction Review Officer performs transaction reviews through name sanction screening, covered transaction verification, and transaction monitoring of cross-border remittances from various tie ups, remittance agents, selected BDO Remit Offices and Subsidiaries processed via BDO Remit System (BRS) and Money Transfer System (MTS) on a timely and proper manner and in compliance with legal regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries and/or concerns from clients (remitters) for further reporting to immediate officer and/or concerned subsidiary office as needed
- Act as helpdesk for subsidiary offices for immediate reporting of any system-related problems
- Escalate possible suspicious transactions (system triggered) to immediate officer for further reporting to the concerned BDO Subsidiary Office/s
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Holder (graduates of Business Degree courses have an advantage)
- At least 3 years of experience in remittance operations (preferred but not required)
- Detail-oriented mindset, excellent organizational skills, and ability to adhere to deadlines
- Must be willing to work graveyard shifts (in rotation) and on holidays
