Sales Support Assistant
Mabalacat City, Central Luzon, PH
The Sales Support Assistant is responsible for:
- Entertaining walk-in borrowers in Loan Processing Office
- Preparing and consolidating reports related to Sales
- Handling inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients and serves as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4 year degree course
- With at least 1 year experience in any field such as sales and customer service of any financial institutions, lending institutions, banks, call centers and telecommunications company, an advantage
- Must have knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office
- Must have good communication skills
- Highly customer service-oriented
