Job Summary 

 

The Reports and Settlement Shift Officer is responsible for supervising settlement activities, which may include report generation, review and reconciliation of transaction, verification and approval of all debit/credit instruction in line with the Banks standards and requirements. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Oversee and coordinate all settlements and processinga ctivities during the shift, ensuring that all tasks and volume of work assigned are fully accomplished accurately and timely 

  • Review processed transactions and conduct monitoring and evaluation of processing tasks to ensure compliance to established control measures and standards 

  • Monitor, review, and address any discrepancies or challenges that arise during processing and implement corrective actions as necessary 

  • Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements 

 

 

Qualifications 

 

  • Bachelors’ degree in Business (or any relevant field) 

  • Advanced analytical skills, with experience collecting, organizing, and disseminating abundant information accurately 

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills 

  • Willing to work on shift schedules and on holidays
