Job Summary



The Processing Shift Officer is responsible for providing assistance to the Section Head and Team Head in the supervision of section’s personnel and overseeing the daily operations of processing activities during assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures for efficient workflow.





Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee and coordinate all processing activities during the shift, ensuring that all tasks and volume of work assigned are fully accomplished accurately and timely

  • Review of processed transactions to ensure timeliness, accuracy, completeness, and quality of work

  • Conduct monitoring and evaluation of processing tasks to ensure compliance to established control measures and standard of policies and procedures

  • Fill-in and assume function for on leave or absent shift officers

  • Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements





Qualifications



  • Bachelors’ degree holder

  • 1-2 years of leadership/management experience managing a large staff, including the management of other leaders (Banking experience is an advantage)

  • Required Skills: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Willing to work on Holidays and/or Weekends

  • Willing to work on Graveyard Shift (when needed)
