Job Summary
The Inquiry Officer is responsible in monitoring and ensuring that all functions are efficiently accomplished by the section in line with the Banks standards and requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and handle responses to remittance-related inquiries, requests, and complaints from Expatriates, Subsidiary Offices, remittance partners, BDO branches, and/or other units of the Bank, remitting banks, and remittance clients

Ensure all inquiries, complaints, and requests from remittance tie-ups received via email are from the official email list provided by the Marketing Development Officers

Provide call-out to assist beneficiaries of remittance transactions, upon receipt of request from remitters thru Expatriates, subsidiary offices, and tie-ups

Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
Qualifications

Bachelors’ degree in Business (or other related courses)

With at least 3 years experience in remittance business / operations (Banking experience is an advantage)

Willing to work on Holidays / Weekends

Willing to work on Graveyard Shift
