Job Summary



The Inquiry Officer is responsible in monitoring and ensuring that all functions are efficiently accomplished by the section in line with the Banks standards and requirements.





Key Responsibilities



  • Monitor and handle responses to remittance-related inquiries, requests, and complaints from Expatriates, Subsidiary Offices, remittance partners, BDO branches, and/or other units of the Bank, remitting banks, and remittance clients

  • Ensure all inquiries, complaints, and requests from remittance tie-ups received via email are from the official email list provided by the Marketing Development Officers

  • Provide call-out to assist beneficiaries of remittance transactions, upon receipt of request from remitters thru Expatriates, subsidiary offices, and tie-ups

  • Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements





Qualifications



  • Bachelors’ degree in Business (or other related courses)

  • With at least 3 years experience in remittance business / operations (Banking experience is an advantage)

  • Willing to work on Holidays / Weekends

  • Willing to work on Graveyard Shift
