Job Summary
The BRS Uploading Assistant is responsible for timely monitoring, retrieval/downloading, system uploading and safekeeping of remittance transaction files/messages received via remittance channels from BDO Remittance Subsidiaries, Tie-up/s, and Agent/s in line with the Banks standards and requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Timely monitoring and retrieval of all incoming transaction files/messages from various BDO Remittance Subsidiaries, tie-up/s, and agent/s (local and abroad) sent through various remittance channels (email, SFTP, Tie-up/s’ Website, and SWIFT)

Check and reconcile transaction file details against corresponding covering memo and ensure it tallies prior to uploading in the system

Ensure compliance in the preparation of end-of-day required reports

Coordinate with other units – Assist Section/Unit Heads in coordinating with different units of the Bank for its ancillary requirements which may include (but are not limited to) preparation of certain reports, shift schedules, routing of memorandum for approval / endorsement, etc.
Qualifications

Bachelors’ degree holder

With at least 1 year working experience (Banking experience is an advantage)

Required Skills: Data Analysis, Decisiveness, Adaptability

Willing to work on Holidays / Weekends when needed

Willing to work on Graveyard Shift when needed
