Job Summary 

 

The Analytics and Evaluations Officer performs transaction reviews and ensures the integrity of cross-border remittances in line with the Banks standards and requirements to safeguard the Bank from being used to channel unlawful funds while ensuring minimal disruption to legitimate transactions, enabling them to pass through promptly 

 

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Perform transaction review through name screening and transaction monitoring on a timely manner in line with approved processes and standards while ensuring that proper controls are observed 

  • Preserve the integrity and confidentiality of transaction and account data to avoid unwanted disclosure of any information to third parties 

  • Prepare and maintain periodic administrative and compliance reports 

  • Ensure awareness in updated and relevant regulatory issuances 

 

 

Qualifications 

 

  • Bachelors’ degree in Business (or any related course) 

  • 2 years’ experience, preferably in, Remittance Operations, Transaction and Review Monitoring, Compliance, Data Analytics, and/or Project Management 

  • Advanced analytical skills, with experience collecting, organizing, and disseminating abundant information accurately 

  • Ability to write reports 

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
