Job Summary
The Amendment Officer is responsible for ensuring that all required daily functions are efficiently accomplished by the team according to the section's standards, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure that all cancellation/amendment instructions via email, tested transactions, and/or via SWIFT messages received from remittance partners are acted and replied upon within the agreed Turn-Around-Time (TAT)

Prepare and submit volume report (remittance-related requests like amendment, cancellation, and inquiries) of remittance partners to immediate officer

Check and approved remittance transactions

Properly monitor and endorse all transactions / instructions to the next shift officer for proper handling and implementation

Handle the consolidation and dissemination of implementation advisories of remittance tie-ups issued by Marketing Development Officers (MDO) to the team and ensure that documents are properly filed and safe keep for immediate reference
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Holder (graduates of Business Degree courses have an advantage)

At least 3 years of experience in remittance operations (preferred but not required)

Required Skills: Interpersonal and leadership skills, organizational skills, and customer service and conflict resolution

Must be willing to work graveyard shifts (in rotation)

Must be willing to work on Holidays or Weekends
