Team Leader

JOB SUMMARY:

The Team Leader is responsible for managing and guiding a team of Account Officers to achieve sales targets, improve performance and ensure customer satisfaction. This role serves as a link between sales staff and senior management, driving sales strategies while fostering a productive and motivated team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree from a college/university majoring in Marketing or Business Administration or related field
    • At least three (3) years of proven experience in selling consumer loan and other bank products
    • Familiarity in other government units salary loan products
    • Supervisory experience preferred
    • People management
