Job Summary

The Processing Broker is primarily responsible for the timely and accurate submission of placing instruction to insurers and booking accounts submitted by the Marketing team.



Key Responsibilities

  • Ensures that day-to-day transaction processes conform to the prescribed guidelines, procedures, manual operations and memorandum.

  • Processes the placement request from the Marketing AO following the approved guidelines and procedures.

  • Conducts follow-ups through email/phone on the policies and endorsements from Insurers based on the submitted Placement Slip.

  • Books the account.

  • Updates the Placement & Booking Moniforing file regularly including policy delivery.

  • Coordinates with the Placement & Booking TL on any undelivered policies beyond the agreed TAT and secures disposition and resolution on undelivered insurance policies due to discrepancies or additional requirements for submission.

  • Performs other job-related duties as may be assigned from time to time.



Qualifications

  • Completion of any Bachelors’ degree

  • Experience in insurace booking & processing an advantage



Required Skills:



  • Good in verbal and written communication skills

  • Well adept with software applications
