Job Summary

The Account Officer is responsible for achieving loan volume targets. In this role, the Account Officer is expected to maintain profitability and sound credit quality, as well as extend good customer service in line with the Banks standards and requirements.

The Account Officer is also expected to attend to inquiries of clients on Auto loans.



Key Responsibilities

  • Solicit auto loan accounts to attain business goals & targets.

  • Responsible for the overall relationship of the Bank with existing customers and the development of prospective relationships.

  • Analyze overall loan applicant’s qualifications to determine feasibility of granting loans

  • Coordinates with other bank officers or units related to the processing and servicing of loan applications and loan clients

  • Perform other functions that may be assigned to him/her

  • Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

 

Qualifications

  • Completion of any Bachelors’ degree

  • At least 2-4 yrs experience specializing in Banking/Financial services or its equivalent.



Required Skills:

  • Good selling and customer service skills
