Claims Officer

Basic Function:

The Claims Officer is primarily responsible in assisting clients in processing and settlement of their insurance claims. Ensures efficient claims processing through equitable settlement of claims filed at the soonest possible time based on insurance policy coverages and conditions. provides assistance to Team Lead in developing strategies for the implementation of processes and procedures in relation to claims processing and client servicing.
