The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing accurate, efficient and timely processing of over the counter transactions pertaining to deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances and other miscellaneous transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services.
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course
• Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates
• Proficiency in Computer and business applications
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Effective presentation and negotiation skills
• Effective interpersonal and people management skills
• Good problem solving and numerical skills
• Willing to work onsite in San Leonardo, Nueva Ecija.
