Job Summary
The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing accurate, efficient, and timely processing of over-the-counter transactions. These transactions will include cash and check deposits or withdrawals, payments, foreign currency exchanges and other miscellaneous transactions.
Key Responsibilities

Perform start and end of day banking activities

Ensures compliance to the Bank’s policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Provides appropriate customer service to clients of the Bank and promote Bank’s products and services

Performs all other tasks that may be required from time to time
Qualifications

Completion of a Bachelors’ degree, preferably in a Business course; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Banking experience is an advantage

Proficient in computer and business applications
