Job Summary

Actively hiring for the following locations: Dumaguete, Coron and Puerto Princesa

 

The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing accurate, efficient, and timely processing of over-the-counter transactions. These transactions will include cash and check deposits or withdrawals, payments, foreign currency exchanges and other miscellaneous transactions. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform start and end of day banking activities
  • Ensures compliance to the Bank’s policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Provides appropriate customer service to clients of the Bank and promote Bank’s products and services
  • Performs all other tasks that may be required from time to time

 

Qualifications

  • Completion of a Bachelors’ degree, preferably in a Business course; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Banking experience is an advantage

  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Good problem solving and numerical skills
  • Ability to multitask and can work well under pressure
