Job Mandate:

 

  • The Account Officer is responsible for promoting and selling salary loan products to the employees of DepEd and other accredited institutions. This role involves identifying potential loan applicants, guiding them through the application process and ensuring that loan products meet the financial needs of the clients.

 

  • The Account Officer must maintain strong relationship with the clients and collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of loans.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Actively promote and market salary loan products, highlighting the benefits of the loan offerings.

  • Generate quality Salary Loan accounts and ensuring that sales quota is met for releases and loan portfolio.

  • Identify and generate new leads, focusing on eligible clients, and identify potential institutions and clients that can be tapped for production related activities.

  • Responsible for establishing relationship with School Principals, Teachers and Employees.

  • Work with collections team to manage delinquent accounts

  • Prepare and submit regular sales calls and reports.

  • Cross-sell other bank products.

 

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

  • With sales experience in selling consumer loan and other bank products

  • With at least two (2) years of experience in any field such as customer service of any financial or lending institutions.

  • Familiarity in Salary Loan products

  • Applicant must be willing to do fieldwork
