Job Summary

The Trade Processor is responsible for the timely & accurate processing of all trade transactions ensuring compliance with all internal and external regulatory procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Observes orderly filing and safekeeping of processed imports/export documents/DMs/CMs.

• Monitors and safe keeps the Board Resolution and signature cards for import/export clients.

• Monitors and prepares requisition of trade supplies including trade forms

• Prepare and maintain various records and regulatory reports as needed

• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Completion of Bachelors' degree, preferably in accounting or related courses

• Experience in banking operation is an advantage

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic MS Office applications

• Conscientious and diligent

• Effective oral and written communication skills

• Can work well under pressure with minimal supervision
