Job Summary:

The position is primary responsible for managing a team of 10-15 Customer Service Officers who are responsible for providing customer services through incoming calls, emails, personal messages in social media or fax messages.
 

Job Responsibility:
Directly manage the CSO by monitoring and reviewing their performance, preparing and analyzing data and trends, identifying and resolving issues and concerns, guiding and managing process improvement initiatives, and planning and implementing action plans to guide the team in achieving team goals and objectives.


Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a 4 or 5 year course
  • With at least 2 years experience in the banking industry
  • Has experience in handling a team
