Job Summary:
Focused and committed. Strong interpersonal skills with a high capacity to liaise with various external and internal offices. Demonstrated ability to plan and handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously and ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines. Must be detail oriented with superior follow through capabilities. Highly customer-focused and results-oriented. Must have influence and negotiation skills. Must demonstrate strong problem solving approach. Willing to work long hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Entertain walk-in borrowers and pre-screening applications in Loan Sales/Processing Office.
- Responsible for the preparation and consolidation of reports related to Sales
- .Assist Account Officers for loan fulfillment and marketing
- .Processing of accounts and encoding in the system.
- Handle inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients and serves as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate of any 4-year course
- With at least one year experience in any field such as sales and customer service of any financial institutions, lending institutions, bank call centers and telecommunications company.
- Computer literate
- Must have a good communication skils.
- Highly customer service oriented.
- Willing to work onsite in Calinan, Davao City
