Resolution Management Officer
Davao City, Davao Region, PH
He/She will be responsible for ensuring resolutions provided by the Bank's Service Fulfillment Officers are timely, complete, and accurately address the concerns of the Bank's business customers.
The responsibilities we will trust you with:

100% handling of assigned cases within workshift (7.5 hours)

Immediate escalation of issues to the Head or Immediate Supervisor for system problems, recurring resolution issues, past TAT resolutions, etc.

Submit required end-of-day productivity reports and other reports as may be required in a timely and accurate manner Perform Customer Feedback functions
The qualifications you should have:

Graduate of any four or five-year course

Two-year experience in a Call Center or in Customer Service Support

Proficiency in bank and credit card products and services
