Region Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

Responsible for the preparation, consolidation and submission of timely and accurate reports to Region Head; as well as coordinating with the area on manpower movements and ensures relevant documents are handled with utmost importance. Issues advisories as directed by the Region Head.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Consolidation and submission of Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports of the area office.

  • Safekeeping of Region Office files.

  • Consolidation of Area Performances on the following: Deposit Portfolio, Cash in Vault and other performances.

  • Handles manpower plantilla, movements and other manpower related documentation for inter-are movement.

  • Arrange and Facilitate Regional Meetings including minutes of the meeting.

  • Knowledgeable on new and existing policies to provide support for the branches.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course

  • Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates

  • Analytical, systematic, can work under pressure and independent
