Job Summary

The Product Assistant is responsible for execution of day-to-day and administrative activities and procedures for the efficient and smooth operation of the Products Unit in line with the Banks standards and requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle user system access and operational expense

  • Facilitate order and distribution of office equipment and supplies

  • Compile and disseminate leads

  • Other administrative duties

  • Ensure compliance with Bank's policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

 

Qualifications

  • College graduate of any Bachelors’ degree related to the position

  • At least 2 years work experience related to office management/ administrative support (Banking experience is an advantage)

  • Required Skills: Communication (verbal, written) / Microsoft Office software
