Job Summary
The Product Assistant is responsible for execution of day-to-day and administrative activities and procedures for the efficient and smooth operation of the Products Unit in line with the Banks standards and requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Handle user system access and operational expense
-
Facilitate order and distribution of office equipment and supplies
-
Compile and disseminate leads
-
Other administrative duties
-
Ensure compliance with Bank's policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
-
College graduate of any Bachelors’ degree related to the position
-
At least 2 years work experience related to office management/ administrative support (Banking experience is an advantage)

Required Skills: Communication (verbal, written) / Microsoft Office software
