Job Mandate:

Primary responsible for the accurate, timely and organization of all various corporate services functions such as recording and safekeeping of corporate documents as well as the Intra Stock Exchange System Processes. He/she shall exercise such other powers and perform other duties as are prescribed from time to time by the Corporate Secretary and the Legal Services Unit Head.

 

Job Specifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • With background in corporate record keeping and documentation
  • Adequate knowledge in bank operations, organizing and filing of documents.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and keen attention to detail.
  • Must be a resident of or willing to be based in Sasa, Davao City.
