Role Overview:
The Facilities & Logistics Officer (Davao) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administration of organizational facilities and logistics functions. The role ensures that infrastructure, utilities, space allocation, and support services operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with health, safety, security, and sustainability regulations. This position supports operational readiness by coordinating facilities management, logistics planning, and administrative services aligned with organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and upkeep of facilities, including repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental sustainability regulations.

Manage utilities, space allocation, cleaning services, security operations, and waste management services.

Plan and coordinate procurement, storage, distribution of supplies, and inventory management, including regular stock audits.

Arrange transportation, travel logistics (flights and accommodation), and delivery schedules as required.

Prepare and manage facilities and logistics budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.

Implement workplace safety policies, emergency response procedures, and conduct risk assessments and inspections.

Maintain accurate records of assets, facilities, and logistics-related documentation.

Liaise with internal departments, external vendors, contractors, and service providers to support operational requirements.

Provide facilities and logistical support for organizational activities, projects, events, and special operations.

Respond to work-related emergencies and support operations that may require travel or relocation when necessary.
Qualifications:

College graduate of any 4-year course related to the position.

Proven experience in facilities management or similar role, preferably 5+ years of experience

With prior experience in the BPO industry

Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, and have a background in administrative work and event coordination.
