Job Mandate:
- Primarily responsible for assisting the Chief Compliance Officer in coordinating and managing the implementation of the compliance program of the Bank which includes identification, control and mitigation of compliance risk
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides guidance to branches and business/support units on regulatory matters
- Assists in delivering on-site and offsite supervisory requirements of regulatory agencies
- Monitors timely submission of reports by Unit Compliance Coordinators (UCCs) and corrective actions for reported exceptions
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate of BS in Accountancy
- Preferably CPA Licensure Examination Passer
- With knowledge and experience in banking operations
- At least one (1) year experience in the bank
- With good oral and written communication skills
- Must be a resident of or willing to be assigned in Davao City.
