BDO HK offers enhanced wealth management services to high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals in investment management, family office and asset structuring that promotes succession planning, generational wealth transfer strategies and its execution for philanthropic &

estate planning goals.

 

The Associate Relationship Manager (ARM) is responsible as the primary service contact for the Wealth client. Key activities include sales, customer service, and administration. The Associate RM may be assigned to 2-3 RMs for support depending on one’s rank, tenure, and experience.

 

Other responsibilities:

  • Tasked to engage with them on deepening relationships as well as assist the RM/SRMs in administrative areas covering the latter’s efforts in customer on-boarding, account servicing, transaction processing, report generation, and sales/account information management.
  • Expected to deliver in a timely manner and in alignment with prescribed bank policies and procedures, internal control, external regulatory requirements and compliance to service standards.
  • Assists in developing AUM through cross selling and account referrals to Sr. RM/RM.
  • In the absence of the SRM/RM, the ARM may act as the back-up RM to ensure the efficient, seamlessly consistent and continuous delivery of services to clients.

 

Qualifications:

  • University graduate with good scholastic records
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Wealth Management related to the role
  • Knowledge of wealth management/private banking investment products (experience is highly preferred)
  • Possess a client centric mindset aiming to deliver excellent client service and execution enhancing client relationship and retention
  • Able to work with internal stakeholders and partners leading to efficiency and productivity

 

The candidate must be willing to work onsite and authorized to work in Hong Kong.
