Team Head

Responsibilities:

 

1. Formulate and implement sales strategies and specific action plans for the team to hit sales targets.

2. Ensure that the team generates adequate loan turn-ins, approvals and bookings.

3. Closely monitor team sales performance against set targets through sales meetings and other sales activity tools.

4. Formulate appropriate training and recognition mechanisms.

5. Recommend and monitor programs that can improve service and credit quality, cost efficiency and profitability.

6. Ensure adherence to bank and external institutions’ regulatory, audit and operating procedures and requirements.

7. Provide the Sales Unit Head and the Business Head with information and recommendations on market, market segments, territories, products and other market and customer information.

 

Qualifications:

 

1. With at least 5 years of sales experience in commercial / business / home loans.

2. Strong credit knowledge and financial analysis.

3. Good leadership abilities, and excellent communication and selling skills.

4. Analytical, systematic, can work under pressure, independent and can work with minimum supervision.
