Service Fulfillment Officer
Cebu City, Central Visayas, PH
Job Summary:
Responsible for efficient facilitation of customer service inquiry, request and special handling cases from Customer Banking Group, Auto, Home and Small Medium Enterprise loan clients. Commits that daily service requests from customers are delivered and/or fulfilled within the established turn-around time (TAT) and in accordance with the Bank’s service standards and core values.
Job Responsibilities:

Handles logs and resolves Service Fulfillment Unit Request Tracker all inquiries and requests.

Constructs customer communications via written (ie. email / mail correspondence) and oral form as part of case resolution.

Prepares memo for requests related loan amendment that are routed to Consumer Banking Business Unit and Group Head for approval.

Responsible in monitoring open cases and escalating / coordinating with Execution Units for case resolutions within the agreed turn-around time (TAT).

Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree graduate

At least 3 years of relevant experience in loans customer service

Must be willing to work on site and be assigned in Cebu
