Secured Lending Sales Officer
Cebu City, Central Visayas, PH
Primarily responsible for selling secured lending products to the clients. This role works closely with customers to understand their financial needs, assess eligibility and offer tailored lending solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the achievement of given target and contributes to the team's objectives and targets.

Assisting Account Officers/Branch personnel in handling client signing of loan documents.

Actively identify, prospect and generate new business opportunities in the secured lending market

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business and repeat sales

Meet with client to present products

Provide professional advice on secured loan products explaining the benefits, terms and conditions clearly

Assess and analyze clients; financial situations to recommend solution

Assist clients in completing loan application and gathering necessary documentation

Guide clients through the loan approval process

Work closely with underwriting to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing

Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the loan term, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise

Follow-up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and identify additional lending opportunities

Achieve and exceed sales targets

Other tasks that may be assigned by the Immediate Superior
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from a college/university, preferably marketing and/or business course.

At least two (2) years of proven experience selling secured loans such as home loan and mortgage

Familiarity in consumer loan product and process
