Recruitment Head

Job Summary:

The Recruitment Head will manage end to end recruitment process including interviews and job offers.  He/She will be responsible in demand fulfillment, stakeholder management and process improvement/new initiatives roll-out.  He/She will drive effective applicant funneling, establish conversion targets and hiring TAT.
 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree relevant to the role
• Experience in end-to-end Recruitment Operations 
• Exposure to banking/financial institutions
