KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• The position is responsible for overseeing the processing of loan accounts by the team under his/her supervision in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), approved Bank policies and guidelines, and within the set service levels agreed with its internal customers such as Consumer Lending Group (CLG), and other Business Units.

• Responsible for the overall relationship of the Bank with the client, generates business from existing and prospect accounts.

• He/She will be responsible for achieving loan volume targets while maintaining profitability, sound credit quality and good customer service.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce, Economics or equivalent

•At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

•Preferably in Senior Officer positions specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent

•With adequate experience in loan documentation and review

•Above-average oral and written communication skills
