HR Officer

Job Mandate
Responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates in accordance with the Bank's hiring and placement policy. The position also takes charge of the preparation of manpower status reports and active participation in other recruitment activities
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develops, executes various sourcing strategies for the assigned accounts and covered locations
- Conducts HR interview and administers applicable HR exams to candidates.
- Prepares and endorses passed applications for management’s approval.
- Discusses the pre-employment requirements and schedules applicants for medical exam.
- Monitors the medical exam and credit checking results of all applicants in process.
- Conducts reference checking with applicants' previous employers.
- Endorses processed applications to Due Diligence Group for confirmation of employment.
- Endorses applications to requisitioning units for evaluation.
- Schedules applicants for unit interview.
- Monitors and follow up endorsed applications to the business units.
- Coordinates with requisitioning units on the status of endorsed applications and interviewed candidates.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or other related course
- With at least 3 years experience in Recruitment, preferably gained from a bank or other financial institutions
- Knowledgeable in End-to-end Recruitment Process, Talent Assessment
- Above Average Communication Skills, Interviewing Skills, Customer Service
- Confident to deal with internal and external clients / officers
