Job Summary
To manage the day-to-day operations, upkeep and cleanliness of assigned BDO Corporate Offices as well as in providing for services and managing the amenities floors ensuring efficient and comfortable use of office space to enhance employee productivity and satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Overseeing housekeeping maintenance, and the general upkeep of the Corporate Office and Amenity.

Conducting inspections, managing janitorial and concierge outsourced services, assisting concessionaires, and handling inventory.

Reviewing billing statements, monitoring vendor compliance, managing consumables, coordinating announcements, and responding to internal customer needs.

Requesting or managing consumables.

Monitoring vendors' compliance to the Bank's accreditation requirements and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:

A Graduate of any hospitality or other business related course.

At least 3 - 5 years experience in facilities management, operations, any hospitality background.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees, management and external vendors.
