Job Summary
To provide technical expertise and supervision to facilitate maintenance, repair and operations of assigned properties.
Job Functions
Site work:
-
Travel from one site to another
-
Conduct site inspection onsite
-
Conduct inspection of building equipment and fixtures
-
Conduct prebidding works onsite
-
Coordination with contractors
-
Implement various repairs and maintenance projects for assigned sites

Generate site inspection reports
-
Monitoring of contractors and technician activities
-
Coordination with vendors, custodials and LGUs
Officework:
-
Generate utilities distribution and allocation and other support documents for billings
-
Filing of eforms for repairs, supplies and project requests
-
Generate scope of works for various projects
-
Prepare, monitor & generate contracts
-
Generate monthly reporting and updates
-
Coordination with business units, custodials and vendors
-
Pollution control officer for DENR compliance
-
Preparation of PMS calendar and trackers
Qualifications
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in managing operational requirements of bank premises including repairs and maintenance.
- A Graduate of Engineering Course.
- Willing to travel between offices / sites nationwide.
