Facilities & Logistics Officer
Cebu City, Central Visayas, PH
Primarily responsible for premises management and logistical support services for all inhouse sites of Customer Contact Center.
Key Responsibilities
Incoming Documents
- Log incoming documents received
- Sort and distribute documents to CCC employees
Employee Assistance and Admin Matters
- Assist employees on inquiries, coordinate with HRG units if needed
- Provide employees with forms and requirements such as Philhealth, SSS, Employee Multipurpose loan application
Accountability and Unit Clearance of Resigned Employee
- Route unit clearance of resigned employees and submit to HR Separation
Inventory
- Office Supplies
- Lockers
- Pedestal Keys
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Relevant experience in in Facility Management, preferably in a Contact Center environment
Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge in HR, Safety, Security, Housekeeping, Premises and Project Management, Events, Workplace Planning, and Local Government Permits
