Primarily responsible for premises management and logistical support services for all inhouse sites of Customer Contact Center.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Incoming Documents

  • Log incoming documents received
  • Sort and distribute documents to CCC employees

 

Employee Assistance and Admin Matters

  • Assist employees on inquiries, coordinate with HRG units if needed
  • Provide employees with forms and requirements such as Philhealth, SSS, Employee Multipurpose loan application

 

Accountability and Unit Clearance of Resigned Employee

  • Route unit clearance of resigned employees and submit to HR Separation

 

Inventory

  • Office Supplies
  • Lockers
  • Pedestal Keys

 

Key Qualifications

 

Bachelor's Degree

Relevant experience in in Facility Management, preferably in a Contact Center environment

Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Knowledge in HR, Safety, Security, Housekeeping, Premises and Project Management, Events, Workplace Planning, and Local Government Permits
