SUMMARY
The position is primarily responsible for providing excellent customer serviceto All BDO retail customers, accredite merchants, and the general public through timely and quality handling and fulfillment of inquiries, requests, concerns, via phone, email, fax, and social media related to their bank accounts, banking transactions, and BDO retail products and services.
