Core Operations Analyst

Job Description:

Responsible for the online system monitoring and batch processing covering the different platforms.

Duties and responsibilities:

Monitor the online application systems

Monitor the status of the application processes

Perform the end-of-day batch for various application systems based on the process log

Resolve assigned requests in a timely manner consistent with approved policies and procedures

Escalate and report to proper support groups for any problems encountered during monitoring and batch processing

Ensure security of servers/equipment inside the data center server room

Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Atleast 1 year experience in batch processing and monitoring

Knowledge of relevant operating systems

Able to assess critical incidents with business, financial and operational impacts
