Job Summary

 

Responsible for providing backroom support to the Acquiring Sales Team.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Supports the Unit Head in overseeing activities of Provincial Business Center / Satellite Offices of Acquiring and Institute procedure and policies for the smooth operation of the Unit.

  • Takes and receives queries and concerns from merchants; maintains and monitors response turn around time of sales teams.

  • Coordinates with the Acquiring group all requests coming from Merchant Services Unit, BDO call center, branches and other internal units.

  • Calls merchant to follow-up lacking documentation.

 

Qualifications

 

  • A Graduate of any four-year Business Course.

  • With at least 1 year experience in Sales / Marketing Organization.

  • Good communication skills.
