Job Summary
Responsible for the overall profitability, marketing, operations and administration of the branch. Develops and sustains longer-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. Gathers feedback as well as obtains information with regard to the market environment, client needs and competition, particularly in the assigned branch.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops sales and marketing strategies for the branch. Implements these strategies to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction.
- Ensures acceptable accuracy level on marketing, cash and accounting operations including customer handling.
- Exercises approving and administrative authority in the operations of the branch by proper and timely approvals of various transactions, being mindful of control and compliance requirements within the bank.
- Attends to administrative-related matters such as the conduct of regular meetings among members of the branch, ascertains disbursements, premises upkeep, review and implementation of policies and procedures for better management of the branch.
- Handles manpower issues, initiates personnel movements, career planning and development of branch personnel.
- Acts as Consumer Assistance Officer (CAO).
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course
- At least five (5) years experience in administration in the industry, bank or any financial institution, preferably in branch operations
