Job Summary


Responsible for developing and growing the business portfolio of the assigned team or unit, and in implementing processes and procedures relation to sales, client servicing, and collections. Also responsible for ensuring that bank interests (financial or reputational) are likewise well-protected.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Business Development and Account Maintenance
  • Account Administration (Quotation, Proposal, Placements, Collections, Claims)
  • Reportorial and Administrative Requirements
  • Training and Career Development 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor's Degree holder.
  • At least 5-7 years experience in account management, preferably as a Team Leader, Account/Sales Manager or Account/Sales Officer in a non-life brokerage company or agency.
  • Speaks and writes fluent English and Filipino.
