Job Summary

 

Responsible for delivering the sales target of the area/region. He/She plans and implements all sales strategies and directives,  and prepares and formulates concept papers/strategies.  His role includes driving business results, managing teams, optimizing sales processes and fostering customerrelationships within the area/region.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Develops and executes sales strategies for the assigned area/region to meet sales targets and objectives.
  • Analyzes market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensures that sales targets are met.
  • Identifies new business opportunities and potential institutions and clients that can be tapped for production related activities for the product assigned.
  • Establishes and maintains strong business relationship with Deped and other institution's key personnels / stakeholders within the area/region to increase market share.
  • Handles inquiries and concerns of stakeholders, internal and external clients and serves as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues.
  • Monitors and ensures compliance with audit, bank policies and standards, maintaining high operational excellence.
  • Manages sales budget for the region.
  • Works closely with the marketing, policy, collections and credit team to ensure alignment of sales activities.
  • Assists collections in reducing past due and NPL accounts.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree from a college/university majoring in Marketing or Business Administration or related field.
  • At least five (5) years of proven experience in selling consumer loan and other bank products.
  • Familiarity in Salary Loan products.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Sales and presentation skills.
  • Solid problem-solving capabilities and decision making skills.
  • Microsoft Office software proficient.
  • Leadership and management skills 
  • Detail oriented.
  • Proficient in branch daily operations
