APPRAISER

JOB SUMMARY

• Receiving and examining submitted documents and coordinating with clients for schedule of field inspection.

• Conducting ocular inspection of the property, taking measurements of land and improvements, observing neighborhood conditions and physical attributes of property, taking pictures of the property.

• Preparing lot plotting of property based on technical description from Title.

• Making market data survey with classified listings, banks, appraisal companies, bank data file to establish Market Value.

• Reviewing of reports done by ESP and other internal Appraisers.

• Verifying & securing copies from the LRA/LMB for approved survey plans, if necessary.

• Appraisal Report Preparation done in Excel or LAS.

• Monitoring all received accounts and keeping tag on due dates of each.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Preferably Graduate of Real Estate Course, Engineering or Business Course Must be a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser

At least 3 years if related work experience, in all types of property appraisal
