Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Team Head in all administrative matters for his/her department. In this role, the candidate adhere to the Banks standards and requirements.

 

Responsibilities:

 

· Schedules and coordinates appointment/meetings; handles incoming/outgoing calls; accommodates visitors; manages files and records; and doing other clerical tasks.

· Handles all incoming and outgoing calls or correspondences

· Manages files and records

· Performs other related functions as may be assigned from time to time

 

Qualifications:

 

· Bachelor's Degree holders, preferably Business course graduates

· With work related experience an advantage but not a requirement

· Proficient in using MS Office applications

· With good scholastic records

· Pleasant, with good communication skills

· Analytical, hardworking, people and service-oriented, has the ability to work under pressure and a team player

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

· Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Cebu City
