Access Control & Alarms Officer

JOB MANDATE
This position helps in achieving operational efficiency and consistent security services through
• Supervising the PSOC Operators in optimizing all software, hardware, data, procedures, and
personnel in accomplishing their respective missions.
• Receiving data from all sensory systems of the Bank in order to attain real-time situational awareness
for the Bank across all worksites, assets, and spectra;
• Immediately recording upon receipt and retaining for 365 days of data from all sensory system of the
Bank in order to document same for future reference;
• Immediately retrieving, displaying and utilize in an efficient format of all data from all sensory
systems of the Bank in order to make same available for analysis and reference
• Conducting immediate analysis of all data from all sensory systems of the Bank in order to produce
accurate assessments and actionable information for our SID Leadership in the shortest possible time;
• Protecting all data of the Bank’s Physical Security Operations Center (PSOC) from unauthorized
access of any sort through whatever means in order to prevent unscrupulous persons or groups from
using the data and/or information against our Bank for criminal/malicious activities.
• Responsible in ensuring the completion of the delivery, installation, repair and maintenance of Access
Control and Alarm System
• Responsible in ensuring the compliance of the Service Providers to all the instruction issued by SID.
• Performance of other task in accordance with the Bank and SID processes and quality standards.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Graduate of any 4-year course or Bachelor Degree equivalent Work Experience
• With at least 1 year of computer-related and electronic security and surveillance work experience
• Knowledge Area Relevant System and Office Application Proficiency Skills
