Job Summary
The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing accurate, efficient and timely processing of over-the-counter transactions pertaining to deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances and other miscellaneous transactions in line with the Banks standards and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
- Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services
- Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
- Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course
- Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates
- Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively
- Willing to work onsite in Aurora, Isabela.
