Account Officer

• Actively promote and market salary loan products, highlighting the benefits of the loan offerings.
• Generate quality loan accounts and ensuring that sales quota is met for releases and loan portfolio.
• Conduct presentations and financial literacy sessions to raise awareness of loan products.
• Serves as the main point of contact for all inquiries on salary loans, providing expert guidance throughout the loan application process.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues regarding loan applications, repayments and others.
• Track and follow-up pending loan applications, ensuring a smooth and timely approval process.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, industry standards and competitor offerings.
• Ensure that all loan transactions are in compliance with audit, policies, regulations and bank guidelines.
• Work with collections team to manage delinquent accounts
• Prepare and submit regular sales calls and reports.
• Cross-sell other bank products.
