PR & Digital Channels Lead

Job Requirement:

• Proven track-record in developing and executing marketing communication programs that deliver business growth.
• Experience in managing digital marketing channels to support the business unit objectives based on insights of the competetive landscape, market trends and consumers' behavior.
• Knowledge of communication channels such as PR, digital, on-line social platforms, website and trad media publications.
• High proficiency in conceptualizing, developing, writing and implementing PR and content on various channels. 
• Experience in analyzing and interpreting data to measure marketing campaign effectiveness, track ROI and recommend data-driven plans for consistent business growth
• Proven skill in identifying and targeting specific customer segments based on demographics, psychographics and  financial/ transaction behavior to customize marketing initiatives.
• Working knowledge in paid digital campaigns and managing owned media.
• Building strong working relationships with internal cross-functional teams, business partners and stakeholders.
