BASIC FUNCTIONS:

Responsible to build strong relationship and strengthen tie-up with managed channel.

Able to pin-point business opportunities and translate them into workable strategies with the end view of growing the home loan business.

Demonstrates strong leadership qualities such as but not limited to;

Collaborates with support units in the attainment of targets and goals.

Represents the Bank in real estate sales and marketing activities necessary to establish good rapport /relationship among developers, branches, brokers and sales agents;

Monitors compliance of documentary deficiencies covered by deed of undertaking of the developers to comply with said requirements within the agreed undertaking period;

Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
For Developer Channel: Responsible for accreditation of developers and its various projects necessary to generate volume in home loans business;
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
A.FINANCIAL GOALS

Formulates sales strategies to ensure attainment of targets and contributes to the overall performance of the Team.

Solicits new home loan applications from real estate developers, brokers and branches through retail approach or wholesale financing approach;

Conducts client calls and attends to the needs and requirements of developers/ branches/brokers.

Ensures timely accreditation of developer and real estate projects.

Presents Loan Approval Memorandum to the Management/Excom Credit Committee.

Determines loan availment schedules from the clients/developers/referrers and projects their expected draw downs to attain stable and consistent loan booking on a monthly basis.

Monitors sales turn-ins and ensures high endorsement, approval and conversion rate.

Close supervision of Sales account officers and loan assistants and ensures attainment of required sales production.

MARKET SHARE / CHANNEL MANAGEMENT

Ensures presence and visibility amongst customers/channel and conducts regular business and operations meetings to attain high efficiency ratio.

Establishes strong tie-up with assigned channel and sustains systematic sales approach to attain top of mind preference among customer or assigned channel.

Gathers vital market information for comparison, planning and strategizing. Suggests strategies, policies and procedures to maintain competitiveness.

Represents the institution in various real estate functions.
-
Conducts sales briefing among sales agents/brokers/branch officers and developers for smooth account solicitation.

Conducts regular meetings regarding sales production, policy and process updates with account officers/team.
-
Conducts one-on-one performance review specifically those below PAR. Assists and coaches them to achieve their mandated target.
