Service Fulfillment Processor

Job Mandate:

The Service Fulfillment Processor is primarily responsible for efficient facilitation of customer service inquiry, request and special handling cases from Consumer Banking Group (CBG) Auto, Home and Small Medium Enterprise (SME) loan clients. He/ she commits that daily service requests from customers are delivered and/ or fulfilled within the established turn- around time (TAT) and in accordance with the Bank’s service standards and core values.
